This is real easy, although it has some effects on it, of which I'm not 
really clear.

The only time the song variates from this is right around the time that Bono 
sings "...Baby a dangerous idea/ That almost makes sense.."
At that point it changes, once, to this:

E--8--6--4--6--
Then back to normal.
