He has like a delay/echoing effect. I'm not exactly sure what hes doing on the guitar, but what I usually
do is hand mute the fingerings for a C#minor chord and just play it with that arpeggio style picking.
Be creative with this part, its fun.

This is the chord that is played on the pause in the verse. Make sure you have a Flanger on or at least something
to give it a different clean effect.
