This is my first tab, but I think its pretty accurate. The solo is VERY easy 
and you can recreate Phils tone just by picking damn hard with a metal pick. 

The rest of the song is almost as shown on the other tab. 
Mess about with that riff and you should be able to work it out. 
I might post the whole song up soon.
