Tuning: Standard (E A D G B E)

I think I tabbed the whole song correctly. The 2nd
Guitar is pretty faint. The solo is basically Billie
Joe doing arpeggios and stuff over the root chords.
The rhythm isn't tabbed quite right, but you should be
able to figure it out from the song. It's basically just
a Blues shuffle.
