Note: Explanation for the bend, the note is played on the 13th fret,
and bent to the 15th.  Then STILL holding the bend, u play on the 16th,
fret but sounds like the 18th due to the bend, Lastly, u play the 13th,
fret but STILL bent from the beginning so it rings the 15th...Enjoi

Note 2: How I Do It: I bend the 13th with my 1st finger and hit the 16th,
with either my 3rd or 4th finger and play the bent string again on the 13th
