Someone else has to write tab, It wouldn't be correct if I did, and anyway I don't have all the effects and stuf,I just can give give the chords. Listening to the bassline I think the F should be a F/C
the whole song is some kind of 12-bar blues scheme in C, repeated over and over, but it's 2 X slower. 
Listening to the bassline I think the F should maybe be a F/C, but it sounds good with F. I guess you all know the chords C, F and G  so I don't have to write them out...
